Delta robots adapted with a very special Axium design tooling system combine with an upstream intelligent flow separator conveyor.
This will give you:

• A flexible solution to feed boxes on a log conveyor at 300 + boxes per minute.
• No set up time between different patterns
• No set up time between production of different boxes
• Line is adaptable for further change of production configuration in the future.

• Free space is available for future installation of robot
• Cell is prepared to be split in two systems if needed.
• Special tooling is used to grab the boxes one by one, rotate it if needed to +/- 90°, 180°.
• When changing the size of the boxes, the set up requires 10 seconds per robot. No Tooling, no Thinking and almost no Time are required

• Virtually, any kind of configuration is possible as we can dispense the boxes as per example:
• The Box Dispenser BD -X- 65 can be design to sustain any kind of production speeds as it manipulates 65 boxes per delta robot per minute.
  i.e.: 120 boxes/min, = 2 Delta = 130 picks/min.
