As turnkey solutions providers, AXIUM’s team can custom design and integrate end-to-end robotic de-palletizing systems for products of all shapes and sizes – from pharmaceuticals and bed sheets to boxes and toys and seed bags.
We use a combination of components to design and build highly flexible modular systems that can be adapted to meet required specifications and safety standards.
Ths system picks one layer at a time of cases from a pallet (coming from production) in order to place these cases on a singulator system. Thence, these cases can be carried to an ASRS or to a manual picking operation. The de-palletizing system can also build rainbow pallets.
