The general approach used at Axium for risk management is outlined in the ISO 12100 standard. It consists of two main steps, called Risk assessment and Risk reduction.

Phase I: Risk Assessment (Risk analysis support)

* Review of documentation, familiarization and preparation for site visit
* Site visit and identification of dangerous situations
* Review and analysis with the customer and the project team — estimation and evaluation of risk
* Presentation of report

Phase II: Risk Reduction (Implementation of corrective measures)

* Review and evaluation of proposed corrective measures

* Installation and implementation
