Tool Suction

Suction tooling is the basic tool to any robot application. Axium has developed many Tool Suction products for different applications. The Tool Suction can incorporate multiple suction cups (vacuum) or it may be a vacuum pad. AXIUM's custom-made design will fit the purpose of the application.

Whether you bags, trays, corrugated cases or cartons, AXIUM's Tool Suction will pick the product package (single or multiple units at the same time) and place it on the pallet or product conveyors.

The Tool Suction robot controller can be configured so that electrical and pneumatic controls will pick and maintain the product package(s) via vacuum means and place it (them) onto the pallet or product conveyor.

Tool Gripper

Over time, Axium has developed a suite of Gipper tools to meet a variety of customer requirements. Our designs have incorporated the use of servo, pnematical and hydraulique gripper technology accordingly to the project requirements.

The Tool Gripper robot controller can be configured so that electrical and pneumatic controls will open and close the gripper for product picking. Whether you have bags, trays, corrugated cases or cartons, the AXIUM Tool Gripper will pick the product (single or multiple unites) and place it on the pallet or product conveyors.
