Layer Depalletizing Tool

Axium’s second generation DP240L EOAT (End Of Arm Tooling) effortlessly depalletizes and palletizes full pallet layers with ease at up to 240 layers per hour. Allows efficient creation of Mixed layer pallets (Rainbow) from up to 4 donor pallets. The unique design utilizes a combination of perimeter clamp and twin roller curtain mechanisms equipped with counter rotating belts to pick up and support the layer from underneath during transfer. This ingenious design yields gentle product handling and maximum flexibility while eliminating limitations of vacuum based systems. Open trays, boxes with detachable lids, porous layers or even badly sealed boxes are handled gently and with ease.
