Robotic Folding Carton Sorter is a patented solution developed by AXIUM. In the past, feeding operations of gluer machines and separation of carton stacks have always been done manually and ergonomics in the workplace with carton folding and fulfillment were challenged. Today AXIUM's DP500 Folding Carton Sorter provides a fully automated material handling solution that minimizes labour and material congestion in the finishing areas of the warehouse.

Robotic Jar De-Palletizer

The Robotic DP Jar De-Palletizer is a robotic depalletizer system that picks one layer of jars from a full load pallet, removes slip sheet and stacks them, as well as picking empty pallets and stacking them.  The system is comprised of the following equipment:

  • robot tool,
  • robot and its controller,
  • pallet rack,
  • Empty Jar conveyor.

The Robot Jar De-Palletizer is a combo tool with integrated handling devices that provide the following functionality:

  • Picks full layer of empty jars from full load pallet until the pallet is empty and places them onto empty jar conveyor for transport to filler
  • Picks one slip sheet and places it on slip sheet pallet.
  • Picks empty pallet and places it onto the empty stack of pallets.
  • Picks at a rate of 1.5 layers of jars per minute.

Axium’s second generation DP240L robotic layer handling solution addresses the need to automate labor intensive, ergonomically difficult and injury prone manual depalletizing. Equipped with counter -rotating belts, roller curtains support layers from the bottom yielding optimal flexibility to handle a wide variety of products such as cases, trays, cans or shrink wrapped bundles.
