AXIUM History
Axium was created in 1998 through a joint venture of its two founding companies:

• BJ & Associates, founded in 1989 by Robert Jodoin, specializing in electrical integration / automation, and
• Sypamo founded in 1990 by Sylvain-Paul Morency, specializing in mechanical integration / automation.

Axium later added three other partners; Amany Morgan, Dominc Prévost, and Marc Ducharme.  With more than 20 years of experience, Axium provides innovative turnkey robotic solutions, custom designed machines, material handling, assembly systems, and industrial automation process and controls to North American manufacturers.

Since then we have established ourselves as industrial automation market leaders in innovation, quality personalized service and long-term commitment to our customers.  

To date, we have installed more than 400 robotic assembly and material handling systems and have completed more than 2,000 projects for customers in North America and Europe.

What We Do
As an end-to-end solution provider, Axium can support every stage of an automation project, from system design and manufacturing, to integration, installation, commissioning and support. We offer a broad range of industry expertise in advanced robotic solutions, control system design, vision systems, system integration, process solutions and project management.

Axium also maintains a strong partnership with major worldwide suppliers of automation equipment components, control systems and robots. In addition, our large assembly workshop allows us to set up entire systems and recreate a customer’s site and working conditions in order to ensure our solutions meet their needs before delivery.
